Booking & Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings are non-transferable.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event that Euston Hall cancels the event, guests will be only offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Event Details:
Euston Hall reserves the right to amend timings, content, or menu details if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

Dietary Requirements:
Dietary requests must be advised at the time of booking by phoning 01842 766366. We will do our best to accommodate intolerances/allergy’s but cannot guarantee availability of all alternatives. Please note that the Afternoon Tea is not produced in a nut or dairy free environment.

Arrival & Admission:
Guests are asked to arrive promptly for their allocated time slot. Afternoon Tea with a glass of Prosecco will be served at 3 pm and at 5.30 pm for a duration of 1 hour 15 minutes before the tour of the Hall begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted – please arrive ten minutes prior to your booking and bring your booking confirmation for entry.

Health & Safety:
The Hall and grounds include uneven surfaces and low lighting during the candlelit tour. Sensible footwear is advised. Guests attend at their own risk.

Photography & Conduct:
Photography is permitted in the Old Kitchens and designated areas only. It is forbidden within the Hall itself. Euston Hall reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest acting inappropriately.

Car Parking
Is free in the dedicated car park area and cars are parked and left at owners risk.

Age restrictions
Due to the nature of the event and limited space within the Tea Rooms and Hall, only 12 years and up will be accommodated. Candles, open fires and a heritage environment, mean that the event itself is not appropriate for under 12’s.

Accessibility
Please note that unfortunately Euston Hall is a heritage building and hence unfortunately not a fully accessible venue.
